Strawberry Jam Canning Enrichment

Here is some basic information about the canning mini enrichment that is coming up at the end of the month.


Will need these items for making Jam on 3/29 :
**7 to 8 ( 8oz.) Jelly/Jam Jars , lids & seals.
Best deal on Jars : Walmart ,Save a Lot (sometimes Big Lots carries them).

Other items needed :

**Sugar , pectin , Strawberries

1 flat will make 3 batches of Jam.
each sister will make one batch ( 7 to 8 jars).
2 flats/strawberries per 6 people .
