Our sisters' blogs

Hey guys,
If any of you have your own personal blogs that you would like me to link to this blog--just let me know the web address--and I'll put it over to the side where it says "Our sisters' blogs".

Just another way to get to know one another.

PACE OF OUR LIVES

We started a Time Out for Women Book Club back in February. There wasn't a big turnout (in fact no turnout at all) for the 3-4 times that we had scheduled meetings. We have suspended the book club at this point. I still get newsletters every once in awhile . . .and this month's newsletter had a "devotional" that I enjoyed reading:

The Pace of Our Lives--Living with Rhythm. It talks about how, as women, each of us move to the rhythm of our own lives--and each of us is different. If you would like to read the entire article it can be found at http://deseretbook.com/time-out/devotional?dev_id=1522

If an interest in the book club resurfaces in our group--then we might reorganize--but for now, the group is suspended. We encourage the sisters to still seek out uplifting books and to read and share them w/ the sisters in our ward!

****Remember that tonight is the Elders' Quorum Social at the Mitchell's house. 6-8pm. Everyone is supposed to bring something (Brother Whitman and Brother Bing made the assignments). This is a social for husbands and wives--so come and enjoy!
