Sister Dorothy Metzger passed away this week
The viewing for Sis.Metzger will be Monday from 4 pm to 7 pm and again Tuesday from 10 am to 11 am at Hooper's Funeral Home in Inverness.
The funeral will be at 11 am at Hooper's. We are looking for volunteers to bring food to the church for the family after the funeral, they estimate they will be back to the church to eat at 2:00 pm...so they need the food to the church by 1:00.
If anyone wishes to participate, they should contact either Sis. Strickland at 637-3044 or Liz Branson at 637-0000.

Announcements for Sunday, April 13 2008
We have a new Relief Society Presidency:
President: K. Fulford
1st Counselor: B. Fisher
2nd Counselor: B. Stahl
We are sooooo thankful for all the hardwork and devotion that Sister Ellis, Fisher, and Kanis put into the Relief Society for the past 2 years.
There were some major V/T changes in Zone 3 and some minor changes in the other zones. Sister Mitchell is passing out the new slips during church.
The V/T folders have been updated with a report for your APRIL V/T numbers.
The 19th (this Saturday) is the mini-enrichment at S. Bomhoff's house!
Yesterday's trip to the Orlando Cannery was lots of fun! The sisters that went were excited to be able to get some wheat and other dry goods in their food storage! There was a good group of about 10 sisters that went yesterday!
May 10th the YW are going tubing down the Rainbow River--mothers of the YW are invited to participate in this adventure.
The Primary activity is coming up on the 26th--details will be available soon--but parents are going to be encouraged to attend this activity with their children.
There were a few announcements about the health status of a few of our sisters, but I did not catch them all--so I am not posting those tonight. Contact me if you are specifically concerned about someone--and I can get you the information that you need.
General Conference transcripts are now available online--so if you missed a talk or two--then go online to lds.org and read/watch them online.
